MAMIDI KAYA TOKUDU PACHADI(Mango pickle)

INGREDIENTS:
1 raw mango
1tspn red chilli powder
1tspn salt
1/4 tspn turmeric powder
1/2 tspn cumin (jeera)
1clove garlic

SEASONING:
1tbsn oil
1tspn mustard seeds
1tspn urad dhal
1tspn channa dhal
pinch of hing (asafoetida)
curry leaves
whole red chilli 1 or 2

Preparation Method:First peel the mango and cut into small pieces later put them in the food processor add chillipowder,turmeric powder,salt ,garlic,and cumin to the mango and blend them slow do not over paste them it should be in half blend. Remove from the blender in a serving bowl .

Next take a small pan and heat it then add oil to it when the oil is warm add mustard seeds when they start to crack then add the rest of the ingredients when all turn golden brown remove from the heat and mix the seasoning to the pickle mixture.

U can serve this pickle with rice or roti .

i am very late to see this tasteful recipe.but in u.s from which mango u did it.one day i did dal with it which is sweet in taste.also i think u played a song earlier right!!
