INGREDEINTS:
4 cups whole wheat flour.
1cup spinach (cut spinach and blend it into fine paste).
Salt to taste.
½ tspn red chilli powder(optional).
Oil to fry the puree’s.
11/2 cup water to mix the flour.
METHOD:
Take a wide container and mix the flour, spinach paste, salt and water and mix well and set it aside for 10-15 mnts. Meanwhile take a wide sauce pan and heat the oil to hot, When the oil is warm enough, take the mixed spinach dough and make it into small lemon size balls and flatten it into small size puree’s and fry them in the oil till golden brown.
As puree’s are kids favorites, if we mix greens to it its good for their health, These puree’s can be served with any non-veg curries, or veg gravy curries like matar paneer, koftas….etc .
