INGREDIENTS:
3 cups plain yogurt.
2 onions sliced.
3-4 green chillies sliced.
1 tomato sliced.
1 tbsn mayyonese.
Fresh coriander.
½ tspn chat masala.
Salt to taste.
Method:
Take the curd into a big bowl and beat the curd nicely, add sliced onion, chillies, tomato, mayo, and salt and mix all the ingredients together. Remove the curd mixer to the serving bowl and sprinkle fresh coriander leaves and chat masala and serve it with paratas or fried rice.
